We loved flying with Emirates in business class, the staff were fabulous, going above & beyond
The flight from Beijing to Dubai was good. The flight from Dubai to Barcelona was excellent because of the staff on board.
The queue for checking for economy passengers was enormous! Only one desk open for economy faith s queue a mile long, whilst business and first class desks empty and unemployed. Will seriously consider changing to another next trip. Disappointed customer.
Delayed and missed connecting flight. But Emirates took care until next day flight. Thank you
One of the female staff from the cabin crew, forgot to ask us about what we want to drink and focused more on other specific people rather than treating everyone politely. I asked her about the drinks to which she said oh I forgot.

Wifi was not operational for the whole trip. Other than this, flight was well received .
The seating is spaced out nicely, The crew could have offer more drinks.
Premium Economy is not worth the extra money you pay. You are neither economy nor business. The seat doesn’t recline enough to relax your legs. Maneuvering while seated is cumbersome. Don’t recommend Premium Economy at all.
Emirates is superb service. The A380 was very comfortable. The cabin crew is really helpful
The checking of my carry-on was not the greatest idea. It was selected for a security check in Toronto and didn't make it to my connecting flight. Fortunately Air Canada delivers late luggage to Whistler so I got it at 2 A M.
It was good except I was sitting beside a bigger gentleman so I didn’t have much room
It was 3 hours late and ruined my plans at destination. Also rough landing.
Flight got canceled last minute and rescheduled 3 days later, as if we do not have jobs and children to return to. 5+ hours on hold with customer support with no answer. We booked a different airline and spent 3x as much to escape Montreal bc of Air Canada. Still haven’t heard from them. Boooo
The seating and lack of leg room. I paid extra for more leg room. The space for under seat storage was a joke.

Lack of WC assistance when returning to Toronto and my 92 year old aunt needed. To walk a fair distance with great difficulty to get to the exit and taxis. We were left without assistance after departing from the airport wagon.

Because of a change in aircraft, I was unable to experience the business class I paid for and was disappointed.
