Landing was a little hard. Food was not great My prior review was for the flight to nyc too
Five star experience all around except for my seat, which was broken. It would only go down 70%.Of the way. It defeats the purpose of buying a business class ticket if you don’t actually get to lay flat..

WiFi would have been nice and some more powerful usb ports, available ports could not keep my phone’s charge much less charge the phone.
Not so good. I paid for a preference economic seat, and I couldn’t incline it back because it was blocked. They explained me that because is the last before emergency exit. The company new that but it was not explained in the seat selection
Tirana was crazy check in and getting bussed to another gate. Both Germany stops were intensive customs but organized, but that wasn't the airlines problem. The crews were fabulous on the planes. The announcements were not easy to understand in English, slurred speech. Customs inthe US were fast. We waited for luggage, three later arriving planes had their luggage and left before us
Business class old style from 10 years ago. Ok for short flights but nor for 12 hours journey. The passenger near the window have to jump over the passenger seat aisle side or wake him up to upright the seat. That’s not the business class that you expect on long night flight. Seats are not so confortable. And believe it or not no wifi!
We have travelled on 13 December with Austrian Airlines from Yangon through Bangkok and Vienna to Varna. The first flight operated by Thai Airlines was nice and comfortable. I wouldn’t say the same thing about the next two flights which were operated directly by the Austrian Airlines. During our flight from Bangkok to Vienna: > The service was very poor – serving of food and drinks was disorganized, late and not combined, the stewards were walking back and forth without doing anything substantial for the passengers. Even the morning breakfast was very late with a cup of coffee almost while landing (after a reminding). > The food itself was OK-ish but for a 12-hour flight, there were no snacks/bites in between dinner and breakfast as it is with the other airlines. > The cutlery was wooden, most probably recycling, but very unpleasant to eat with. > The stewards were not rude but not friendly and/or helpful > And also, half of the passengers had travel sets, others did not. The flight from Vienna to Varna was another surprise: firstly, the flight was late and secondly, they were serving only water free, even the coffee was paid, so were the snacks, but we had to pay to reserve seats. The whole experience is as if it was a low-cost airline. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend using the services of Austrian Airlines: the ticket prizes are quite the same as of the other carriers flying to this destination and you would have much pleasant time.
Friendly staff, always good food , as comfortable as it can be in economy
Bad baggage and people management at boarding forcing me to dispatch my bad despite being the perfect size and respecting everything perfectly, whereas many did not and many free empty spots on the plane as usual… making me loose time and my planned bus at arrival to go to Geneva. Costing me 100 euros extra! So Brussels airlines needs to refund me
I never board the flight. My visa was delayed and when I tried calling Kayak, no one answer and I still have not heard from anyone.

Original flight was canceled, booked another one and find out when checking I was on the waiting list. Horrible experience
Actually this is my first time using airline I was in every single thing that happened throughout our journey, the appearance of the plane inside furnished about the seating the flight attendants and many many more I was so excited throughout thank you Brussels Airlines for the great service.
On board service was decent. I like the legroom at UA that seems to be more than in other airlines
It was really good because the employees were very nice and fun to talk to. The entertainment was nice because they had plenty of movies to watch.
Crew was enthusiastic. Meal was surprisingly good. They came to give water very frequently. Negative that the seat reclining didn't work
That was a short flight by the only time I could actually sleep
How can a national carrier and part of Lufthansa group not even provide complimentary water and a snack in such a long flight ?
My light was not working, I requested a meal without carrots( due to an allergy). It was not provided, so during the 13 hour flight, I was only able to consume bread and a small fruit cup. The air host was not helpful at all.
In-seat entertainment was great. Gluten free food options were very good and they gave a lot of food.
Staff was very courteous and kept things organized. We will definitely use Air Canada for further travel
I am very tall. All airline seats are a bit uncomfortable.
There were a lot of empty seats so we were able to spread out and be more comfortable. The food was decent enough. The crew, however, there was one flight attendant who put a hand on my grandson as he was walking to the bathroom and told him to stop. He’s 13 years old and didn’t need an escort so I don’t understand the necessity of putting a hand on his chest and saying “stop”. My grandson was confused and embarrassed with no explanation.
Terrible confusion btw air Canada and United. Wasn’t able to change ticket because I had purchased on kayak. Rethinking booking tickets on this site, and will try to avoid United and aircanada going forward.
The plane is too cramped! Zero leg room and when the person in front of me put their seat back they were basically laying in my lap.
They canceled my flight and then refused to reschedule me on another flight. I had to take a train. No compensation. I won't use Air Canada again.
Always good Thought the seatings were a bit tight for food. Made a mess with salad and oil.
On the flight from Montreal to Calgary the flight attendant we had was excellent. Unfortunately I did not get her name but she made the flight very comfortable and enjoyable.
